# Set up your writer profile

Before you begin exploring t2, we suggest that you first set up your profile by clicking your profile image on the top right corner of your browser.

To customize your profile, select **Edit** located above your profile picture. Feel free to edit your name; add a profile picture so users can put a face to your name; provide your Twitter handle to build your network; and write a short description about yourself.

In your profile page, you’ll also see your bookshelf which will contain your published articles, reading history, drafts, and a link to write a new article. The User Dashboard is an upcoming feature.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://t2-world.gitbook.io/docs/onboarding/start-publishing-as-a-writer/set-up-your-writer-profile.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
